4- Imported Acrylic fabrics used in our products have 5 years colorfastness and water resistance, while polyester fabrics only have water repellent finish and do not have the guarantee of fading, heat proofing and colorfastness.
5- On/off control mechanisms are covered by a 2-year warranty, including spare parts, against malfunctions that may occur other than user errors.
6- Umbrella bottom bases (carrying apparatus) are under warranty for 2 years, excluding wheel failures due to friction on uneven surfaces.
7- Our company does not accept responsibility for failure to comply with the instructions for use stated on our umbrellas, for any damage that may occur to umbrellas left open in the wind, or for malfunctions in the umbrella in case of intervention by someone outside our company for repairs.
8- Our products are not under warranty against theft, natural disasters, acid rain, wind, storm, flood and accidents.
9- In order for us to repair any damages that may occur on the products you have purchased, including the products under warranty, the defective product must be delivered to our repair address (Küçükçekmece / İSTANBUL) together with the warranty certificate or product invoice. is required.
10- Unless special circumstances occur, all faults will be fixed within a maximum of 30 days.

15-Our company cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by drilling, screwing, welding processes applied to the product frame and adhesive substances used on moving parts, and the product will be out of warranty.
